The first ever Bundesliga game at the new Europa-Park Stadion saw SC Freiburg claim a well deserved 1-1 draw with RB Leipzig. Emil Forsberg put the visitors ahead from the penalty spot, before Wooyeong Jeong provided the equaliser in the second half.

SC Freiburg remain undefeated thanks to goals from Phillip Lienhart (17’) and Nils Petersen (78’) which secured an away victory over Hertha BSC. Their goals came either side of a Krzysztof Piątek equaliser.
