SC Freiburg will play two friendlies against FC Basel and Hamburger SV as part of their winter training camp in Sotogrande.
SC Freiburg have announced two further friendlies ahead of their first Bundesliga game of 2023 away to VfL Wolfsburg (Sat., 21/01, 15:30 CET). The team will face Hamburger SV on the final day of training camp in Sotogrande at the grounds of the Santa Maria Polo Club. The two sides have agreed to play 140 minutes, divided into four quarters of 35 minutes each. HSV are also currently taking part in training camp in Sotogrande, with the Bundesliga 2 returning a week after the Bundesliga restart.
Freiburg's first training camp friendly will take place on 7th January (15:00 CET) at the Marbella Football Centre against FC Basel, who currently sit in fifth in the Swiss Super League. The game will feature four 30-minute quarters. Both friendlies will be live streamed for free on the SC Freiburg website.
