A first point of contact, source of information and organising body for the fans. Regardless of whether you’re in the South, North, East or Main stand, our fan support team is there to help all SC Freiburg fans. The fan commission arbitrates between different interests and points of view from all different sides of the Freiburg fan scene, taking on a moderating role. It also engages in regular discussions with security institutions in order to ensure a safe matchday experience. On top of this the fan care team remains in contact with the DFB and DFL while working together with the Fan Community to help fan clubs.
At matches, the fan commission and our team of voluntary helpers are available to help you. For away games they will work with the host club to ensure that all relevant questions are answered before passing that information on to our fans. For home matches they will also be in contact with the visiting club’s fan care team. During the game you will find them around the stadium, mostly on the south stand, while they will also be present in the visiting section when Freiburg are playing away. They are recognisable by their clothing, which will have “Fanbetreuung” (“fan support”) printed on the back.
In general, if you have any concerns, problems, praise, suggestions or criticism then the fan support team are there to listen. They can answer your questions or lead you to the right area of the stadium. You can find contact details for the fan care team below.
